How I Created My Own Job For Aubrey Marcus

This week, I started a new role as a marketing strategist and quarterback for Aubrey Marcus.

I got this role by listening to a number of signs and synchronicities in my environment, having a few conversations through my network, and identifying a problem in a business I could fill with my unique skillset and experience.

I combined practical, modern skills (AI, content, writing, video, branding, brand vision, marketing strategy, etc.) with mystical abilities (reading tarot & oracle, working with astrology, perceiving signs, and listening to my intuition and my body telling me what to do) to land, or rather create, the role.

The combination of practicality and spirituality led me to send the right messages at the right time to the right people and present the right offer.

After a process of about six months, this manifested in me landing the role.

The nuances of how I created the job:

One, I spotted an opportunity where my unique skill set could help somebody's brand that I felt aligned with to amplify their message and grow their business. 

Two, I worked with astrology to position myself within their company, knowing that Aubrey was a Pisces and figuring out how our birth charts worked best in a collaborative fashion by talking to AI. I wrote a strategy proposal based on these insights.

Third, I sent a strategy proposal over, got on a call with the COO, sent a Loom of my entire vision for the strategy, and got on a call with Aubrey.

From there, our energies resonated and the proposal manifested. Aubrey and I used sports analogies (quarterback, receiver, etc) to understand how this would fit together. In our intro meeting, he actually introduced me to the team as “quarterback.” Funny how multiple areas of my life are reflecting this quarterback energy (both in business and actual football).

Digital Mercenary (Integrated Spirituality)

As you may know, I have been deep into esoteric philosophy and mysticism recently. 

But I've been learning to integrate these astrological, psychic, and esoteric abilities into a worldly, practical position for aligned cash flow.

Going through this process myself has really helped me develop and flesh out my internet mercenary philosophy.

My internet mercenary philosophy is this:

You don't have to have one clearly defined skill or one clearly defined offer. The modern world of business is too malleable and fast-changing to define yourself into one box. It also sabotages your long-term self-actualization and evolution.

You do need to:

• Be adept with social media, AI, and the internet

• Understand the moving parts of modern business & value creation 

• Have a baseline level of mastery of the classic skills (writing, speaking, & networking)

• Use your intuition and vision to spot aligned opportunities and present a positive-sum offer.

With this skill stack, you can create a tailored, unique, and personalized offer that’s so good people can't say no (as Alex Hormozi would say).

(Bonus points if you know how to work with the laws of the universe and your subconscious to create your reality.)
