Last night I returned to Chicago after running a 4-day men’s retreat in Austin.

It was one of the most magical weekends of my life.

There were 7 guys, including myself, and after the first kickoff call, I knew we had a special group.

While I was the person to set up the retreat, it was definitely a co-created experience.

Certain guys quickly stepped into leadership roles with cooking. Others came up with the perfect discussion prompt at the perfect time. God, my guides, and angels guided me the entire time. The more I let go of control, the more incredible the experience became.

The entire weekend was full of magic and synchronicities.

A few that stand out are:

• One guy connecting with his guardian angel.

• Another connecting with the spirit animal of the white rabbit.

• Another realizing his true Nature as one with the trees, the forest, and nature.

• A passing truck sounded his horn twice just as we finished singing during our hike.

• On the second day, a moment occurred when energy in one guy’s heart chakra was blocked, and so the rest of the group sang/ toned at the frequency of the heart chakra (528HZ) while we all held and sent love into this man so the energy could clear and release. Many (including myself) transcended fear of singing in front of other’s and opened their throat chakras.

The hike and mushroom journey was Saturday. It was quite magical. Not everyone journeyed, but the entire group was tapped into a heightened state of Presence. Aaron unlocked his appreciation for beauty and aesthetics, fully realizing his Libra nature. Cole tapped into his inherent depth and wisdom, and read us some profound passages from Shambala at the perfect time. Lincoln and Will both stepped into natural leadership roles, and naturally took turns guiding the group and navigating the trail. Guss realized his incredible power and potential. Brad fully got into and connected with his heart space. I deepened into my role as a leader, space holder, and singer. We spent 4 hours on a hike in the countryside mountains of West Texas, and it was one of the most incredibly connective, profound, and empowering afternoons of my life.

I learned a lot about myself on this retreat. I feel I stepped into a new level of embodiment and confidence as a leader throughout these 4 days. I felt confident facilitating the mushroom journey, leading prayers, group discussions, and other trainings and activities, and most importantly, I learned to fully trust my intuition, my guides, and my angels to show me what to do in each moment.

I know I am Divinely protected. I know I am being guided to my highest path and timeline. I feel I am so deeply, deeply in my purpose and dharma, and I am forever grateful for every moment, friend, guide, and teacher who led me here.

I am so grateful to be able to create these experiences, and I know this is really just the beginning of my life’s work over the next 10 decades.

I will be hosting a handful of other retreats this year, with possible locations of Austin, Illinois, Oregon, and Thailand.

1) Illinois Retreat

If there is enough interest, I will be hosting a men’s retreat in Illinois February 21-23.

This retreat will feature similar intuition trainings, breathwork sessions, frequency workshops, group discussions, and mystical experiences.

2)Austin Retreat

This retreat will feature everything outlined above, plus an additional ceremony with a trusted friend and trained facilitator.

This will be the first co-ed retreat, if there is even interest between men and women.

It will be March 6-9.

Because of the ceremony and co-ed variables, there will be a more strict vetting and onboarding process.
